General Terms & Conditions
When entering into a contract with C.F.M.B Delivery Ltd, you accept that C.F.M.B Delivery Ltd. Is acting as a disclosing agent for the Partner who will be responsible for your delivery. This Contract governs your relationship with CFMB Delivery and also with our Partners.
VAN-247 will endeavour to provide you the best possible service in termns with General Terms & Condition.
Booking the Service
On booking a service you will complete a Booking Request Form on the app.
The information so provided, including an inventory list of the Service required, will be used to produce Price Options.
Accepting a Price Option and supplying VAN-247 with your payment details, paying for the Service. Creates a contract between you, VAN-247 and our delivery Partner; granting VAN-247 authority to confirm to the relevant Partner that you have accepted the Services, to be provided by the Partner, at the agreed Price. Calculated in terms of the Inventory List.
You will provide the collection date and address, the delivery date and address, a Comprehensive Inventory List. And your contact details, a current telephone number on booking the service. The Price Options will be based on the information provided by yourself.
Changes to the Service Booking
Booking changes may incur additional charges as per section 3 of the Client Terms and Conditions
Cancellation of the Service
Cancellation of the Service may incur a charge, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation, please refer to section 2.5 in the Terms and Conditions. If a refund is due, it will be made onto your payment card within 5 business days from receipt of your written cancellation notice.
Material Changes to Service
If the Partner arrives at the collection address and the Service/ volume of the Inventory List you require differs materially from the information provided on the Booking Request form, VAN-247 reserves the right to terminate the contract, alternatively you may be asked to pay for the additional delivery volume, using the VAN-247 App.

Upon completion of the service by the Partner, VAN-247 you will be asked to sign an electronic proof of delivery.
If you have a complaint about the Services, or a damage claim, please contact the Customer Care Team, via email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 020 45523383, within 7 days from the Completion of the Service. Our Customer Care Team will endeavour to review your complaint and take necessary actions within 7 days of the complaint being received.
