We like to be as transparent as possible with all of Our customers. We would therefore like to provide you with an outline of our refund policy. Please refer to VAN-247 ‘s full Client’s Terms and Conditions for full detail)
(CFMB Deliver Ltd is trading as VAN-247. Any further reference to VAN-247 refers to CFMB Delivery Ltd and vise versa )
If you wish to postpone or cancel the Contract. Please notify us, in writing, as soon as possible by sending an email to the designated address on VAN-247’s web page. If you cancel by telephone, we will confirm your cancellation in writing, to your designated email address.
This is applicable to all communication with VAN-247. And also applicable to the sections below in regard to VAN-247’s cancellation policy.
On postponements and cancellations, the following will apply:
Cancellation of a Domestic Service
1.1 48 hr prior notice of cancellation:- If a Domestic Service is booked and VAN-247 receives notice in writing or by telephone. No less than 48 hours before the date that the Services are due to be provided. There will be no charge, you will be refunded in full to your payment card.
1.2. Cancellation less than 48hrs, not less than 24hrs:
– If a Domestic Service is booked and VAN-247 receives notice in writing or by telephone with less than 48 hours. But not less than 24 hours before the date that the Services are due to be provided. You will incur a charge equal to 50% of the Price. The balance will be refunded to your payment card.
1.3 Cancellation less than 24hrs before the Service:
If a Domestic Service is booked and VAN-247 receives notice in writing or by telephone with less than 24 hours before the date that the Services are due to be provided. You will incur a charge equal to 100% of the Price.
Cancellation of International Services Booked
2.1 Cancellation more than 5 business days notice: If an international (or International domestic service) has been booked and cancelled no less than 5 business days before the date of the Service, a full refund will be made onto your payment card. Notice of the cancellation must be provided in writing or by telephone. (As per section 7.2 of the Client Terms & Conditions)
2.2 Short notice cancellations
If International Services or International Domestic Services are booked and VAN-247 receive notice of cancellation in writing or by telephone with less than five business days before the date that the Services are due, you will not be eligible for any refund. If you paid in full upon Booking the Services, you are not entitled to a refund of the Price.
Postponement of Service
3.1 If you postpone or cancel the Services (international and domestic) within 24
hours of the date that the Services are due to be provided, you will be charged
the full Price. If you paid in full upon Booking the Services, you will not be
entitled to a refund.
3.2 If you postpone the Services and immediately re-book, it is at the discretion of
VAN-247 whether we reduce or waive some or all of the charges referred to in
section 16 of the Client Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation of an Urgent Booking
Urgent Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled or postponed
Disputed payments upon Cancellation or Postponement of a booking
5.1 If you postpone or cancel the Services and as a result of this section 7 of the Terms and Conditions, additional amounts are owed to VAN-247 , will be due immediately.
5.2. If you postpone or cancel the Services and have a dispute regarding a payment
made to VAN-24/, a charge pending or an issue relating to the Service, you
must notify Us as soon as possible, and no later than seven days after the
Services have been provided, by contacting our Customer Care Team.
Cancellation by VAN-247 or its Partners.
6.1. If you breach any term of this Contract, VAN-247 and its Partner are entitled to terminate the Contract.
6.2. If the Partner is unable to perform the Services agreed upon Booking (or if We are unable to find an appropriate Partner to undertake the Services), whether through its own fault or as a result of something outside of Our control then VAN-247 will notify you as soon as possible in writing or by telephone.
6.3. If you make a Booking, VAN-247 shall use its reasonable endeavours to find an available Partner as soon as possible. If VAN-247 is unable to do so, we are not in breach of the Contract but you will be entitled to a full refund.
Service Requirement Discrepancies
7.1 Materially Incorrect information provided on the Booking Request From
If the Service required differs materially from the information provided on the Booking Request from, VAN-247 reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract, as per section 4.5 of the Client Terms & Conditions. You will not be entitled to a refund
7.2 Time limit exceeded
By entering into this Contract you acknowledge that the Hourly Rate Job may take longer than the time specified in your Booking Request Form as a result of events outside of our control. The additional charges referred to in section 4.6 and 4.8 of the Terms and Conditions shall still apply. If the Hourly Rate Job takes in excess of one hour more than the time requested in your Booking Request Form, VAN-247 / Our Partners are entitled, at their discretion, to cease providing the Services at this point and you will not be entitled to a refund and the additional charges for any additional time that We have spent providing the Services will still be due and payable by you.
8.1 . If VAN-247 or its Partner cancel the Contract in accordance with Section 1.17 of the Client Terms & Conditions you will not be entitled to a refund. If VAN-247 or its Partner cancel the Contract in accordance with Section 7.2 and 17.3 of the Client Terms & Conditions, you are entitled to a full refund.
8.2. If the Contract is cancelled in accordance with section 7.2 or 7.3 of the Client Terms & Conditions any money that is due to be refunded to you will be transferred within five working days of our Customer Care Team receiving a written request for a Refund.
8.3 VAN-247 require confirmation of your bank account details within five days of submitting the request to us by email. The request must be submitted no later than seven days after the date when notification that you are cancelling the Contract was sent.
8.4 Refund will be made on to your payment card.
